When travelling to Tuvalu, you need to ensure that you are fully vaccinated (1st and 2nd doses) and have proof of such. Booster shots are not mandatory but are recommended. You may be required to be tested upon arrival, and will need to self isolate at your place of accommodation for up to 5 days, if tested positive.
