Travelling to Tuvalu? Passport holders of certain countries (listed below) will be issued a free visitors visa upon arrival at the Funafuti Airport, for up to 30 days. Should you wish to extend this for a longer period, you can lodge an application with the Department of Immigration in Tuvalu for this extension. Reason for extension, filled application form and payment of fees are some of the requirements for this, you can consult with Immigration in Tuvalu regarding the appropriate fees and documents required, as such is determined on a case by case basis.
For passport holders of countries not listed, you are required to lodge a visa application and must obtain a valid visa prior to your travel. You can send in an email request to this address: immigration@gov.tv. They will liaise with you directly in that regard.
