Are you a Tuvaluan citizen that previously held a Tuvaluan passport, but for some reason cannot use your passport for travel to Fiji and Tuvalu? Our office can supply you with a Certificate of Identity (CI), to facilitate your travel to Fiji and Tuvalu only. The following are the requirements:
- Filled Certificate of Identity application form (download this form from the FORMS Tab)
- Post us your printed passport photo
- Make payment of fee of $32 NZD in to our office account
- Copy of Bio data passport page
- Send us all the required documents as well as payment confirmation via email.
We will process your CI in our office in Wellington once all documents (and payment confirmation) is received. If you require us to return this document to you via post, you need to inform us of your address, make an additional payment of $12 in to our office account (put your name as reference) and send us payment confirmation of the postage fee.
Please note that failure to convey all the requirements will result in an incomplete application and cannot be dealt with further until all requirements are received.
