Wanting a police report from Tuvalu? You can submit your application through the High Commission. These are the requirements:
- Filled police report application form (download this form from the FORMS Tab)
- Passport bio data page
- Payment of $15 NZD in to our office Bank Account
- Send us your payment confirmation and application form via email
We can send you a scanned copy of your Tuvaluan Police Report, but you have to make your own arrangements to have your Original Police Report copy brought over to New Zealand and the responsibility is yours. This means that you would need to send someone to pick your Police Report, and arrange for it to be brought over to NZ. We can assist you in this, if we can and it may take time for it to arrive in NZ, and may be inconvenient for some.
If we receive your police report and you wish for us to post it over, this will incur a cost of $12, to be paid into our account for postage. Please remember to write the name of the person the document belongs to, as reference of payment.
Please note that failure to convey all the requirements will be result in an incomplete application and cannot be dealt with further until all requirements are received.
