Welcome note from the High Commissioner
Greetings to you all.
I am honoured and privileged to have been appointed Tuvalu’s High Commissioner to New Zealand. I officially took office following the presentation of my credentials to the Governor General of New Zealand, Her Excellency The Right Honourable Dame Patsy Reddy, on 1 February 2017.
The Tuvalu High Commission was officially opened on 2 February 2015 signifying the ever-growing importance of our diplomatic relations with the Government and People of New Zealand. The Mission is fully committed to maintaining and further strengthening the relationship between the two countries besides dealing with passports, visas and other consular matters. The Mission also maintains good relations with other Diplomatic Missions based in Wellington.
